Rules :  This contest is open to residents of the Courtenay-Alberni riding area who are between the ages  of 14 to 29 years.  Eligible entries must be received before 11:59PM on  March 2, 2022.  Winner will be announced noon March 7, 2022

Contest winner must agree to the publication of the winning essay along with their name, community and an accompanying photo.
